Research Interests:

My research focuses on the thermal application of solar energy in the agriculture sector, mainly developing solar dryers and making them more sustainable and profitable. Moreover, our lab nowadays focuses on nonthermal drying technologies, especially the Electrohydrodynamics drying method for drying medicinal biomaterials.
